The warning in your Owner's Manual is printed in order for Whirlpool Corporation to comply with California State law and is based on the list of chemicals identified by the Governor of the State of California as provided in Proposition 65 regulations.

California Proposition 65 is known as The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. To comply with this California Act, even chemicals used within the limits of national regulations and found not hazardous in the quantities associated with the product may require a warning just because the chemical is present. Information about Proposition 65 and this warning is available on the website of the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) maintained by the State of California. https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/

Lanbo Appliances evaluates all chemicals associated with the products that Lanbo Appliances manufactures and complies with all regulations associated with the chemicals. All potential chemical exposures are below accepted and regulated concentrations. Lanbo Appliances has provided the warning because a chemical covered by the California Proposition 65 may be present and not all listed chemicals provide exposure limit requirements. Therefore, Lanbo Appliances has elected to provide the warning when a listed chemical is present.

FAQ for Wine and Beverage Coolers

The kitchen, living room, dining room, man cave, bar, basement, garage, outdoor patio or entertaining space, under the stairs, closet (with proper air circulation), the family room, or inside your personal wine cellar.
Wine coolers are a space saving storage solution. They create a perfect balance of temperature and humidity for the aging of wine. If you have limited space or have a medium to large sized collection, a wine cooler is a great option.
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, make sure you unplug the unit before cleaning. Use only a mild, nonabrasive cleaner to clean the exterior of the cabinet. Always dry all parts with a clean dry cloth before returning the parts to the cooler or plugging it back in.
We strongly recommend against the use of an extension cord. However, if you still select to use one, it is necessary that it is a UL Listed 3-wire grounding type appliance extension cord. The marked rating of the extension cord should be 115V, 15A, or equivalent and not greater than 15 ft. in length.
Our coolers are built to store standard 750ml Bordeaux wine bottles. Storing large or oddly shaped wine bottles such as magnums or champagne bottles will decrease the number of bottles you are able to store inside this unit. Some units are designed to store larger format bottles at the very bottom of the cooler.
With a dual or triple zone wine cooler, you can store red and white wines together in the same unit but with independent temperatures. Red and white wines can also be stored together for preservation purposes in a single zone wine refrigerator.
Both red and white wines can be stored anywhere between 50-59°F (10-15°C) for serving or preserving your wines. Ideally, you will want to store red wines between 50-64°F (10-18°C) and white wines should be stored between 39-54°F (4-12°C).

FAQ for Gas or Electric Ranges

The anti-tip device is essential to the safe operation of the range. It provides protection when excess force or weight is applied to an open oven door.

Our installation instructions require that ranges so equipped must be installed with the anti-tip device that is supplied with the range, and there is a warning label back of the products.

If missing, we will furnish anti-tip devices with all of our ranges at no charge. Please call 1-833-600-8766, if you do not have anti-tip device for your range.

For all Lanbo electric ranges, you must use a 3-wire or 4-wire, single-phase A.C. 208/120 Volt or 240/120 Volt, 60 hertz electrical system.
You must set well the Cooking mode knob, the Oven Temperature knob and the Timer knob at the same time, then the oven can start work. When the range is not being used, turn the knobs to their OFF positions.
